PrePass Plus Transponders
PrePass Plus utilizes the Mark IV Fusion transponder. It is two transponders in one for use at weigh stations and toll facilities.

Weigh Stations
When a signal is received, the red or green LED flashes and an audible signal will be heard:
- Continuously for 5 seconds
- Flashes once every second for 25 seconds
- Flashes once every 10 seconds for 14.5 minutes
Toll Facilities
A traffic signal and message is immediately displayed just beyond the toll booth. At some facilities, there are gates that will go up when a valid transponder is read (the transponder will not light up or provide an audible signal). |
